We accept payments through Stripe (Credit Cards), Paypal (Credit Cards, PayPal balance etc.), Apple Pay and Coinpayments.net (Cryptocurrencies). Orders to all other countries except Sweden are charged in euro, but orders to Sweden are charged in Swedish krona.
Your products are prepared for shipment the same working day from your order if you order before 10 a.m Central European time, otherwise we will prepare your products on the next working day. In general the products leave our warehouse the day the shipment is prepared.
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Monero (XMR), Ethereum (ETH), Ethereum Classic (ETC), Dash (DASH), Digibyte (DGB), NEO (NEO), Ripple (XRP), Qtum (QTUM), Vertcoin (VTC) and ZCash (ZEC) through Coinpayments.net. Please note that on small purchases especially with Bitcoin, the network fees can be higher than the price of the order. We recommend to use cryptocurrencies with fast confirmation times and low network fees.
Shipping to EU
The general shipping costs to European Union (EU) countries are:
Economy letter: 3.90 € (3-8 days)
Registered (trackable) letter: 5.90 € (2-7 days)
We offer free trackable shipping for all orders that are shipped to EU when the order value is 50 € or more.
Shipping to countries outside of EU
We also ship to some countries that are not members of EU. These countries are Norway, Switzerland and Iceland. Shipping to Norway, Switzerland and Iceland costs 5.90 € and it is trackable. Orders to countries outside of EU are VAT exempt and we are not responsible for any fees your local customs will charge you. Check the website of your local authorities to estimate the final cost of your purchase. Your local customs may add local VAT on the top of the purchasing price and charge you according to a product related tariff.
You have a right to cancel your order when you do so within 14 days of the original purchase. In a case the products have not left our warehouse we will simply refund you after your cancellation. If your products have already been shipped, you can still cancel your order, but you need to wait for the products to arrive and ship them back to us. The products have to arrive back in our warehouse in the same condition that they were sent (unopened and well packaged) so they will be in a shape to be sold again. We do not offer free returns.
Refund for your order can take up to two weeks.
