Sustainable game meat

Renjer is only produced of high quality game meat from Northern Europe, which means that the eco-footprint is ten times below beef jerky. Moreover, the species-appropriate life of wild animals is a clear signal against mass-produced meat.

    Previously… I’ve tried Reindeer as a roast dinner that my Nan made with a Finnish recipe in the past, so was excited to try it in other ways.
    The smell, to me, is like a lot of Weetabix. Like if I just took an almighty wiff of the box. (Love Weetabix btw). I just wish I could figure out a more universal smell.
    Texture. The more “meatier” texture of the three. They all had the texture of jerky, but this had the least texture of jerky in my honest opinion. Others may differ. About the same chew consistency as the deer.
    Tastes. Aftertaste similar to Corned Beef, however unique overall. As close as my mind can put a comparison to anyhop. Another rich and juicy product.
